Show Hunter Safety Course Offered by City Recreation Supervisor A hunter safely and f manus training course for young men and women interested in obtaining obtain-ing their Utah Hunting Licenses will be offered this month through the Cedar City Kecrea-tion Kecrea-tion Dept., it is announced by Ken Benson. The course will start this evening. ev-ening. Thursday, Sept. 2 and will be held on subsequent Thursday afternoons and concluded on Saturday September 18. The course of instruction will be offered at the Cedar City Junior Jun-ior High School Little Theater and is slated to begin at 4 p. m., immediately after school. Course will be held Thursday, Sept. 2, Tuesday, Sept. 7, Thurs-day, Thurs-day, Sept. 9, Tuesday, Sept. 14 and Saturday Sept. 18. Benson will serve as instructor for the official Utah Kish and Game Hunter Safety Course, and he points out that it is the only course that will be offered prior to the general hunting season this year. The course is mandatory for anyone applying for their first hunting license in Utah. Girls are especially Invited to attend and participate, the instructor in-structor stated. |
