Show l , 1 Carolyn Black Recites Vows in Double Ring Wedding Miss Carolyn Black, popular graduate of the College of South-em South-em Utah, and Gary W. Little, Ce-dar Ce-dar City, exchanged marriage vows in a double ring ceremony Saturday, July 28. The ceremony was performed in the Kanosh Relief Society rooms by Millard Stake President Ray D. Olpin in the presence of members of the immediate families and a few close friends. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mark C. Black, Kanosh, and a 1956 graduate of the College Col-lege of Southern Utah. An active ac-tive student of C S U the bride acted as president of the XI Lambda Tau sorority and as Lt. Col. of the Sponsor Corps on the campus during the past year. The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas D. Little, Cedcr City. A graduate of the Cedar City High School and a former student of College of Southern Utah, he is a veteran of mill? tary service with the U. S. Air Force, having seen overseas duty In Korea. The couple were honored at a garden reception at the Black home in Kanosh immediately following the ceremony. The bride was beautiful in a gown of white tulle with lace over the floor length skirt. The gown also featured short sleeves and a scalloped scal-loped neckline. She carried a bouquet of gardenias and steph-onitis. steph-onitis. The bride's attendants were Bonnie Hone, matron of honor; Judy Black, a sister; Sonya Niel-son. Niel-son. Patsy .Bridges and Alice Chrlstensen, bridesmaids. Mary Black, another sister, and Mary Jo Little were flower girls. The attendants at-tendants were all gowned in ice blue antique organdy and carried car-ried bouquets of white daisies. Dee Little, brother of the groom, stood as best man. Ushers Ush-ers were Keith Ence, David Melville, Mel-ville, Kenneth Bladen and Max Bonzo. In charge of the bride's book was Bonnie Rasmussen, and In the gift room were Evon Black and Chell Hatton. In charge of serving were Maline Rappleye and Evelyn Lawson, assisted by a group of young girls from Kanosh. Ka-nosh. Mr. and Mrs. Little are now making their home In Cedar City. |
