Wildlife Federation Appoints Committee Chairmen Grant Seegmiller, president of the Cedar Wildlife Federation, announces that five committee chairmen have been appointed in order to get the season's activities ac-tivities under way. Each chairman chair-man will select his own committee commit-tee to work with him. The chairmen appointed are, Clarence Miller, membership; Glen Jackson, bird committee; Ralph Ilanzon, fish committee; Richard Stucki, big game, qnd Ray Lindquist publicity. The federation officers have also made recommendations to the State Department of Fish and Game that work be done on the Duck Creek spring and Aspen Mirror Lake dams on Duck Creek to inprove conditions at these popular fishing spots. The local group has recommended that the rock and earth fill dams be cemented ce-mented up.
