Show Former Resident Gets New Assignment In Company's Ranks, Henry E. (Hank) Peterson, former for-mer resident of Cedar City, was recently named to serve as vice president and general manager of the Lentheric division of the Mathieson Chemicals Corporation in New Voik. "Hank," as he was known in Cedar City, was a son of Henry and Amanda Pace Peterson, who for many years operated the Peterson Pet-erson Drue; Company here, now the Cowley Drug Store. He graduated grad-uated from the Cedar City High School and received his master's degree in business administration administra-tion at Stanford University in 1919, and later in the year joined the E. K. Squibb and Son Co. in San Francisco. He remained in San Francisco for two years and for the past three years has been assigned to New York positions with the firm. For the past year he as acted as assistant to the vice president presi-dent in charge of advertising and marketing, and has been doing do-ing an outstanding job for the company. His new appointment comes as the result of a realignment realign-ment of executives by the Mathieson Math-ieson corporation, manufacturers of chemicals. The lentheric division di-vision is a perfume producer. Young Peterson's parents are now residents of Honolulu, where Mr. Peterson has been associated with the Squibb Company for a number of years |
