Kenneth Perkins Is Head oi Junior Rifle Club The Cedar City Junior Rifle Club, recently organized under the supervision of the American Legion Post No. 74, elected Kenneth Ken-neth Perkins as president last week in one of the final stages of the organization. Robert Talbot, leader of the group, has had approximately 15 boys sign up for the junior rifle club. Other officers elected at the meeting last week include, Lee Sherratt, vice president; Johnny Bentley, executive officer; Mike Frams, secretary, and Gardner Dalley, treasurer. Mr. Talbot indicated that the club was open to all youngsters who are Interested in learning the mechanics of fire arms. The club will study various types of guns; and safety, at home and in the field, will be emphasized, he added. Anyone interested may contact Mr. Talbot or any of the above elected officers for further information.
