Show Rock Club Members View Educational Film Membeis of the Cedar City Rock Club enjoyed a most interesting inter-esting film at the meeting of the club Monday evening at the CSU science building. Club president Parley Dalley entertained the members by showing a film loaned loan-ed to him by Life Magazine, a part of the series of "The World We Live In," and entitled "The Earth Is Born." The films proved most interesting and educational. Plans were made at the meeting meet-ing for two field trips, one to be made in April and one in May. The April trip will he to Johnson Canyon near Kanab, on a date to i bo announced later. The other 1 1 rip will be a three-day trip into I Emery County, to be made prob-'ably prob-'ably over the Memorial Day week end. On Sunday, April 4, a group of Rock Club members made a trip to the sand dunes of the Hurricane Hurri-cane area. The party included 19 members and Claude Del-bridge Del-bridge of Lee's Ferry, a visitor to the lical club. . I |
