Show High and Elementary Schools Tell Holiday Events The I arowan High and Elementary Ele-mentary schools announce the following list of events for the week rn 'or to their closing for the holiday vacation with part of them being of a public nature: na-ture: On Monday, Dec. 20 the Sixth grade is sponsoring a one hour long program, "Trouble in Toy-land," Toy-land," in the school auditorium. Parents of the children and the public are invited to attend. This program will be presented for the elemcntarv students and also pre-school children on Thursday, Dec. 23. On Thursday evening, Dec. 23 the Paowan High School basketball bas-ketball tam will play the Cedar High School Itedmcn on the local floor with game time set for 8 ! p. m. The ball game win ne ioi-i ioi-i lowed by the "Sweater Hop" to bo sponsored by the junior class. S On Christmas night, Dec. 25, j the Parowan chapter of Future 5 Farmers of America will present S Ihe FFA Sweetheart Ball in the i high school gym. i $ Thursday morning at 11 the 5 anmnl l'igh School Christmas S assembly will be held along with 5 a visit from Santa Clans, after which school will close for the $ Christ ma ?
