Show Ballots Mailed For New Chamber Officers Nominations to fill the expiring expir-ing terms of the president, vice president, and six directors of the Cedar City Chamber of Commerce Com-merce were announced this week by Arnold Anderson, chairman, nominating committee. For the position of president for the 1955 Near, to succeed Dr. John Real, nominees include Richard Morris and Clarence Miller. Mil-ler. Results of the election, to be conducted by postcard to chamber cham-ber members, will be announced at the annual New Year's Eve banquet at Hotel El Escalante. j Vice presidential nominees are 'Frank Petty and Haze Hunter, j Other nominations, and who jthey represent, are as follows: Richard Leigh and Jack Brown, livestock and agriculture; Louis Buraseano and Royce Knight, Rotary Ro-tary Club; Willis Wynn and J. i Harry Plummer, schools; Al Jen-jsen Jen-jsen and Boyd Paulson, industry; Browning Piatt and Ross Class, i Lions, and Eugene Woolf and Or-j Or-j ville l-.om, veterans. I Each of the board members will be elected for two- year terms with the president and vice president to serve a single year term. Outgoing board members include in-clude Alex Williams, Lanell N. Lunt. Daryl Chase, Frank Dalley, Rex Harris and Max Webb. Holdover board members include in-clude Ivan Or'on, E. W. Macfar-lane, Macfar-lane, Florence Cordon, Fred Slack and Kli "n Rollo.
