Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change or appropriate appropri-ate water in Iron County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year and all locations being from SLB&M unless otherwise designated: desig-nated: To Change: a-2742-Zuckerman Farms Co., P. O. Box 630, Stockton, Calif, proposes to change the points of diversion and place of use of 16 sec.-ft. of water, as evidenced by Application No. 14642. The water was to have been diverted from four 16-in, wells as follows: Well No. 1, 404 ft. deep - W. 1320 ft. from EVi Cor. Sec. 17; Well No. 2, 319 ft. deep"- W. 1320 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 17; Well No. 3, 400 ft. deep, S. 600 ft. and W. 1300 ft. from E'i Cor. Sec. 20; Well No. 4, 401 ft. deep W. 660 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 29, all in T36S, R16W.' The water was to have been used from Mar. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 1100 acres in Sees. 17, 20, 27, 28, 2!), 32, 33 T36S, R16W. Hereafter, it is proposed to divert 16 sec.-ft. from the same wells which are actually located as follows: (1) S. 71.6 ft. and W. 2602 ft. from E'4 Cor. Sec. 17; (2) S 28.5 ft. and W. 142S ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 2!; (3) S 102 ft. and W. 2626 ft. from EU Cor. Sec. 20; (1) S. 135 ft. and W. 63 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 2!), all in T36S R16W. The water will be used as a supplemental supply from Mar. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate irri-gate 10H1.9 acres in Sees. 8, 17, 19, 20, 29 and 30, T30S. R16W. a-2762 United States of America, Amer-ica, Farmer's Home Administration, Administra-tion, Federal Bldg., Cedar City, Ut. proposes to change the point of diveision and place of use of 3 sec.-ft. of water, as evidenced by Application No. 21658. The water was to have been diverted from a 14-in. well 288 ft. deep at a point N. 990 ft. and E. 2590.5 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 28, T33S, RSW and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 15 to irrigate 120 acres in N'SEU-SW1',, N'SEU-SW1',, S'iSWUNW'i, S'iSEU-NW'4 S'iSEU-NW'4 and N'iSW'i Sec. 28, T33S, R8W. Hereafter, it is proposed to divert di-vert 3 sec.-ft. from the same well, which is actually located N. 71 02'W. 2809 ft. from SE Cor. said Sec. 28, and use from Apr. 1 to Oct. 15 as a supplemental supply to irrigate 163 acres in said Sec. 28. a-2773 East Union Irrigation Co., Cedar City, Ut. proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 2 sec. ft. of water, as evidenced by Application Ap-plication No. 11819. The water was to have been diverted from two wells as follows: (1) N. 1289i ft. and E. 1130 ft. from S'4 Cor. Sec. 13; (2) N. 100 ft. and W. 500 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 13, both in T35S, R11W. The water was to have been used as an supplemental supple-mental supply from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 407.55 acres in NEU Sec. 12; Sec. 13; NE, SE'4 Sec. 14. T35S, R11W; SW4 Sec. 18, T35S. R10W. Hereafter it h proposed to divert di-vert 2 sec. ft. from a 12-in. well 20G ft. deep at a point S. 1232 ft. and W. 166 ft. from EV4 Cor. Sec. 13, T35S, R11W, and use as a supplemental sup-plemental supply from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 530.69 acres in NE4See. 12; See. 13; NEK, SEV Sec. 14. T35S, R11W; Lots 2 and 3 Sec. 18. T35S, R10W. a-2777 J. II. Johnston, Lund, Ut. proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 2.23 sec.-ft. of water, as evidenced by Application No. 14501. The water was to have been diverted from a well at a point S. 1791 ft. and E 33 ft. from N Cor. Sec. 6, T33S, R14W and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 to irrigate 80 acres in SHNEU and NMtSEU said Sec. 6 and for year-round incidental domestic and stock-watering purposes. pur-poses. Hereafter, it Is proposed to di- vert 2.23 sec.-ft. from a 16-in. well 265 ft. deep at a point S. 1521 ft. and E. 40 ft. from N'i Cor. said Sec. 6 and use from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 to irrigate 80 acres in SWUNW'4 Sec. 5; SE'iNEU and SWUNEli Sec. 6, T33S, KMW and for year-round incidental domestic and stock-watering use. a-2825 - Beaver Vallley Grazing Graz-ing Assn., co LeRoy Harris, Pres., Beaver, Ut. proposes to change the points of diversion and place of use of 8 sec.-ft. of water, as evidenced by Applica. tion No. 23179. The water was to have been diverted from two 1G-in. 1G-in. wells 234 and 218 ft. deep, respectively, res-pectively, at points as follows: (1) S. 860 ft. and W. 50 ft. and (2) S. 860 ft. and W. 577.5 ft. both from NE Cor. Sec. 14, T32S, RSW, and used from Apr, 1 to Nov. 30 to irrigate 360 acres in SHNEU, NMsSEVi, SEUNW14, SViSWK, NttNWU Sec. 23, T32S, RSW, and for year-round incidental inci-dental stock-watering purposes. Hereafter, it is proposed to divert di-vert 8 sec. ft. from the same wells which are actually located as follows: (1) S. 1485 ft. and W. 125 ft. and (2) S. 1360 ft. and W. 1178 ft., both from NE Cor. Sec! 14, T32S, R8W. The water will be used from Apr. 1 to Nov 30 to irrigate ir-rigate 360 acres of land in S'iNEV,, SEUNW'i, NEUSWU, S'iSWU, N'iSEVi Sec. 14; N'iNWU Sec. 23, T32S, RSW and for year-round incidental stock-watering stock-watering purposes.
