Show NOTICE OF HEARING COMPLAINT Case No. 4016 BEFORE THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF UTAH In the Matter of the Present Schedules of Rates, Tolls and Charges of SOUTHERN UTAH POWER COMPANY. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the above-entitled complaint com-plaint of Southern Utah Power Company will be heard before the Public Service Commission of Utah at the City Hall Cedar City. Utah, on Wednesday, the 11th day of ApriL 1954, commencing commenc-ing at 10:00 o'clock a. m. Southern Utah Power Company, Com-pany, complaining of the present pres-ent schedule of rates, tolls, and charges for electrical service within its Cedar System as now authorized under the existing tariffs on file with this Commission, Commis-sion, prays for: (1) The Commission fix an early time and place for a hearing upon this complaint, and serve notice thereof, not less than ten days before the time set for such hearing, by such means as shall be ordered by the Commission, upon such persons, associations and municipalities mu-nicipalities as may be deemed necessary by the Commission. (2) The Commission promptly notify Complainant Company of any particular item of evidence evi-dence deemed material to a consideration of the matters herein complained of, (3) Upon the conclusion of such hearing, the Commission make a suitable determination as to the proper valuation of the company's properties Included In-cluded within said Cedar Sys- tern, a fair rate of return to be applied thereto, and the dollar amount of net earnings which will produce a fair, reasonable and adequate rate of return, (4) Upon such determination being made Complainant be ordered or-dered by this Commission to file a schedule of just and reasonable rea-sonable rates to produce the net earings which may be so found to be fair, just and reasonable, rea-sonable, and such rates when approved by this Commission be placed in force and effect.
