Show Indian Peaks Grazing Privileges for Sale to High Bidder Livestock men and ranchers of the southern Utah area have been notified this week that a certain amount of grazing privileges priv-ileges on the Indian Peak Indian Reservation, located In the southwest south-west portion of Beaver County, will be placed on sale to the highest bidder. Bids for grazing purposes will be received at the Uintah and Ouray Agencyx at Fort Duchesne, Utah until April 23, 1954, officials offi-cials stated. The entire reservation will be offered for the grazing of either sheep or cattle, and the area consists con-sists of 16 sections in a square fenced block. Special forms must be obtained for bidding purposes and these forms and further information can be obtained by writing the Uintah and Ouray Agency at Fort Duchesne. Information on the call for bids was released this week by Paul L. Howard, range conservationist with the agency. |
