' ' r t f ' t , f , ' y- ', , ! k V, - " Ground was broken Tuesday for the construction of the new Elks Lodge home with brief ceremonies. Work on the new $70,000 home will continue as rapidly as possible. It is located on the corner of 100 East and 200 North Streets, east of the city park. Officiating at the ground-breaking ceremonies were, left to right, Steve Asmus, exalted ruler; Wes " McEown, construction superintendent, and Frank Milne, building committee chairman.
