NOTICE TO WATER USERS Notice is hereby given that Enterprise Reservoir & Canal Co., by Ivin Barlow, President, Enterprise, En-terprise, Ut. has filed with the State Engineer, a request for an extension of time from March 8, 1954, to March 8, 1956, in which to make and submit Proof of Appropriation of Water under Application No. 13026 for the appropriation ap-propriation of 2400 ac. ft. of water from Little Pine Creek in Washington Wash-ington County to be used as a supplemental supply to irrigate 4200 acres of land. It is represented that the dam has been completed at a cost of approximately $16,000.00. Additional Addi-tional time is requested in which to prepare and submit proof. Protests resisting and granting of said request with reasons therefor, must be in affidavit form, with extra copy, and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, on or before May 1, 1954. A hearing will be held on this request for extension of time before be-fore the State Engineer at 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, at the hour of 2:00 p. m., May 6, 1954.
