Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change or appropriate appropri-ate water in Iron County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year, unless otherwise designated, designat-ed, all locations being from SLB&M. To Change: a -2558 Mollis C. Gribble, co John C. Mcfiarry, Beryl, Ut. proposes pro-poses to change the point of diversion di-version of 3 sec. ft. of water under un-der a right initiated by Application Applica-tion No. 15654. The water has been diverted from a well at a point N. 26 ft. and E. 68 ft. from WVi Cor. Sec. 1, T35S, R17W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 to Irrigate Ir-rigate 120 acres of land embraced in NW'4 Sec. 1, T35S, R17W, and for year-round incidental domestic domes-tic and stock-watering purposes. Hereafter, It is proposed to divert di-vert 3 sec. ft. of water from a 14-in. well bet. 180 and 220 ft. deep at a point N. 500 ft. and E. 250 ft. from W'4 Cor. Sec. 1, T35S, R17W. The water is to be used during the same period and for the same purposes described above. a-2570 John C. McGarry, Beryl, Ut. proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 5 sec. ft. of water under la right initiated by Application No. 12859. The water was to be diverted from a well at a point N. 4500' E. Ill ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 16, T34S, R15W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 15 to irrigate 480 acres of land embraced in S4 and NE',4 Sec. 16, T34S, R15W, and for Incidental culinary culin-ary and stock-watering purposes. Hereafter, it is proposed to divert di-vert 5 sec. ft. of water from a 16-in. well bet. 200 and 300 ft. deep at a point N. 1380 ft. and E. 50 ft. from SW Cor Sec. 6, T36S, R16W, and use from Apr. 1 to Oct. 15 to irrigate 480 acres of land embraced in Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 12, 13, 18, 20, 21, 23, and 25, and NW4SE'4 Sec. 6, T36S, R16W, and for Incidental culinary and stock-watering purposes. To Appropriate: 23170 John H. Middleton & R. F. Middleton, 42 No. 700 West, Cedar City, Ut. 5 sec. ft. for irrigation ir-rigation use from a 12'2-in. well 308 ft. deep at a point N. 795 ft. and W. 1078 ft. from EVi Cor. Sec. 36, T36S, R12W. The water is to be, used from Mar. 15 to Sept. 15 to irrigate 300 acres of land embraced in Sec. 36, T3GS, R12W. 23179 Beaver Valley Grazing Assn. Ross H. Smith, Pres., Beaver, Bea-ver, Ut. 8 sec. ft. for irrigation use from two 16-in. wells bet. 200 and 500 ft. deep at the following fol-lowing points: Well No. 1 S. 860 ft. and W. 50 ft.. Well No. 2 S 860 ft. and W 577.5 ft. both from NE Cor. Sec. 14, T32S, R8W. The water is to be used from Apr. 1 to Nov. 30 to irrigate 360 acres of land embraced in fi'iNEVi, NHSEtt. SEUNW, SSWU. NNW4 Sec. 23. T32S, R8W, and for year-round incidental stock-watering purposes. 23215 Howard Nelson. Cedar City, Ut. .056 sec. ft. for domestic use from a 6-in. well bet. 200 and 250 ft. deep at a point S. 1200 ft. and W. 1430 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 23, T35S, RUW. The water is to be used for the domestic do-mestic requirements of one family, fam-ily, for incidental stock watering water-ing and for incidental irrigation of lawn and shrubs. All protests resisting the granting grant-ing of any of the foregoing applications ap-plications with reasons therefor, must be made in affidavit form with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, on or before January 5, 1952.
