Show Selective Service Board Gets December Quota Call E. B. Dalley, clerk of the Iron County Selective Service board, reports that Val Hyatt Bentley, who was to have reported for induction in-duction into military service on Nov. 19, has been granted a postponement post-ponement of induction. Three other men will leave for the induction center on that date, however, including Lyle Frank Mortensen and Collins Benson Mitchell of Parowan, and Herbert Frank Halterman of i Midvalley. The selective service board has been asked for four more men to report for induction in December, De-cember, Mr. Dalley states. The men will report on Dec. 10, but j the board has not selected the men to be ordered to report. In addition 13 men must report for pre induction physical examinations exam-inations on Dec. 12. The board, preparing to clas-, sify registrants 18 ",i years of ae, but under 19, is mailing questionnaires to all these young men this week. As soon as the questionnaires are returned the men will be classified, i |
