Show I Ownership Change 01 Ladies Wear Shop Effective Jan. 3 E. J. King, owner and operator of the Parowan Mercantile Co. in Parowan, will take over ownership owner-ship of Castleton's, women's ready-to-wear shop, in Cedar City, with the opening of business Monday, Jan. 3, it was announced here today by David B. Castleton, manager oi me snop. Alta Johnson, long time associate asso-ciate of Castleton's and Moderne Style Shoppe, will assume the managership of the firm, King announced. The same personnel, some policies and the same lines of merchandise will be retained he added. The firm name of Castleton's will remain for an indefinite period. per-iod. Castleton will leave Cedar City on Jan. 3 to join his father, W. Lowell Castleton, in a wholesale drygoods distributorship in Salt Lake City. The firm in Salt Lake City will be known as Castle-tons, Castle-tons, Inc., and will be located at 125 West First South in the capital capi-tal city. Castleton's, a women's ready-to-wear shop, in Provo will continue con-tinue under the management of Richard L. Castleton, it was announced. an-nounced. The David Castleton family includes in-cludes his wife, Maurine, and three children, Cynthia, Colleen and David. They will make their home in Salt Lake City. |
