Show Utah Parks Company Readies Tours For Summer Season Spring and vacation time arc just around the corner and Union Un-ion Pacific Railroad is ready for them. U. P.'s 1953 program of Utah-Arizona Utah-Arizona national park tours was announced today at the road's Omaha neadquarters. The season in the parks opens June 15 with motor bus tours leaving daily from Cedar Citv, Utah, and closes Sept. 6. Bus transportation, meals and lodging are included in the fares, which range from $16.25 for a one-day trip through Zion Na- tional Park to $78 for a five-day journey through Zion, Grand Canyon and Bryce Canyon national na-tional parks, Kialab National Forest and Cedar Breaks National Nation-al monument. Two and three day tours are priced proportionately. Rates are up only slightly from 1952 because be-cause of improved accommodations accommoda-tions offered on this year's tours. Guests may take additional stopovers at any of the standard lodges in the national parks for $9.50 a clay, American plan. |
