Show Relief Society Fund Drive Planned For JUl-Stake Day Relief Societies of the Cedar Stake will combine their efforts in the form of bazaars and country coun-try strores to raise money for the proposed Stake building in an all -stake day Friday. March 20, announces Mrs. Afton P. Parry, stake Relief Society president. Each of the wards will conduct con-duct a bazaar during the all-stake all-stake day with all types of bazaar ba-zaar articles going on sale. A country store is also being planned plan-ned so that produce from farms, special articles and types of goods found In the old type country coun-try stores may be sold. The bazaar will be open in the afternoon and during the early evening. A pageant will be presented pre-sented by the Relief Society following fol-lowing the bazaar. Each ward of the stake will participate in the pageant which has own written writ-ten by members of the society. It w ill feature many type-s of entertainment, en-tertainment, and Is to be given free of charge. All-Stake day, celebrated by the Relief Society In honor of its founding Is presented each year as near March 17 as possible, pos-sible, their founding date. |
