STATE OF UTAH In the Interest of LARRY GERTZ. Alleged dependent, neglected child. To Mrs. Shirley Gertz, Mr. Larry Gertz, WHEREAS, a petition having been filed in this Court on the 26th day of February. 1953 in the interests of the above mentioned child alleging that said child is a dependent and neglected child and now lacks proper parental par-ental care by reason of the fault and willful neglect of Its mother, Shirley Gertz. and Its father. Larry Gertz, and praying that a summons Issue thereon pursuant to statute, NOW, THEREFOR, You, the above named parents, are hereby summoned to appear personally and bring the above . mentioned child before the above named court in the said county on the 26th day of March, 1953, at two o'clock in the Courtrooms of this Court, located at 95 North Main, Cedar City, Utah and show cause why the child shoud not be dealt with according to law. If you fail to appear, your default de-fault will be entered and the Court will proceed to hear this cause and determine any rights or interests you may have In said child and will dispose of the case, as may be determined according ac-cording to law and the best Interests In-terests of said child.
