Show Bronco Track and Field Athletes Hampered in Work Outs by Weather Cold weather has kept track and field activities at the College of Southern Utah at a minimum 80 date; however, a number ol athletes have been working out indoors in an attempt to get into shape for coming meets. Coach Dave Gates reports that the first meet of the season will be at St. George on April 7 with I he combined Dixie College and IMxie High School squads as op-lnents. op-lnents. A meet will also be arranged ar-ranged with the Cedar City High School team, after which the Broncos will enter the BY U invitational in-vitational meet on April 21 and the Intermountain Collegiate Athletic Conference meet at Westminster College in Salt Lake City on May 7. Only a few members of last ypar's squad are expected back this year, Coach Gates says, but a number of new men will report re-port for the spring sport as soon as the weather warms up.
