Nine CSU Students Attend ,UN Model Meet Nine College of Southern Utah students under the leadership of Prof. Twain Tippetts, left Wednesday Wed-nesday morning for Los Angeles where they will participate in Model United Nations sessions on the UCLA campus. The model sessions are designed to give college col-lege students from all parts of the country a first hand understanding under-standing of the workings of the United Nations. Under the plan each school is assigned to represent repre-sent a specific member country. Prior to the sessions the students acquaint themselves with the j problems of the particular country coun-try in relation to the U. N. program pro-gram and attend the meetings prepared to participate as the country does in the actual U. N. organization. College of Southern Utah Is representing the Dominican Republic Re-public at the present sessions.
