Show SUMMIT Carlyle Mulct returned home from Salt Lake City Tuesday. He took his brother Kent back to rrovo where he will continue his studies. Mr. and Mrs. Dwight Dalley and small son Kenneth made a business trip to Salt Lake City over the week end. Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Wittwer and daughter Sharon of Washington spent Sunday visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Safn Peterson. Nr. and Mrs. Hex Hulet and thiUrfn returned to Modena Tuesday, where Mr. Hulet will continue teaching school. Miss I lean Lawrence left Saturday Sat-urday for Fielding where she will continue teaching school. Mr. and 'Mrs. Lorrel Peterson cf Enterprise spent Monday visiting vis-iting here with their grandparents, grandpar-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Sam Peterson. New Year's day was celebrated very quietly In Summit, with regular church services featuring the day's activities. A number of ward members attended Union meeting in Parowan. Mr. and Mrs. Clark Johnson returned re-turned home early this week from Salt Lake City where they have been on business. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Johnson of Calienle, Nevada, who have been visiting them and made the trip to Salt Lake City have returned to their home. 4f Mr. and Mrs. David Watkins and children of Milford were visitors vis-itors last week at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Glen Sagers. Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Walker and children spent the New Year's holiday in Pioche, Nevada, with Mr. and Mrs. Ardell Walker. The young married people of Summit enjoyed a New Year's eve party at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Bryant. Joseph B. Dalley spent the Christmas holidays with Mr. and Mis. Vernon Dalley. Mr. and Mrs. Ted Fife and daughter Kareti made a business busi-ness trip to Salt Lake City during dur-ing the week, and spent part of the time visiting with relatives in Springville and Provo. |
