Show Funeral Services Held in Kanarra For Nelpher Graff Funeral services were held for Nelpher Graff Friday, December 30th, with a large crowd gathered to pay their last respects. Mr. Graff died from a heart attack at his home on December 27th. He suffered a severe chest and heart Injury in an automobile accident ac-cident about six months ago and had not been completely well since. The services were conducted by Lorenzo J. Williams. The musical program included preliminary music by Roy L. Hal-versen Hal-versen and Mrs. Virginia Larson, the opening and closing songs by a quartet composed of Mr. and Mrs. Rondo Manwaring, Mrs. Luana Riddle and Reed Roberts; a vocal solo, "Face to Face", by Myles Walker, and a violin solo, "Traumerei", by Roy L. Hal versen, ver-sen, all of Cedar City. Speakers were William Graff ot St. George, Samuel F. Leigh, ol Cedar City, and Albert F. Mathls of New Harmonv. Tri butes to the deceased were read by Mrs. Rhea Wakeling of To-querville. To-querville. Invocation was by William C. Macfarlane of Cedar City, benediction bene-diction by Bishop James Hey-wood Hey-wood of Cedar City, and dedication dedica-tion of the grave by L. J. Williams Wil-liams of Kanarra. Mr. Graff Is survived by his widow. Mrs. LaDene Williams Graff, and three daughters, Rose- lie, Marilyn and Jcrilyn Graff, all of Kanarra. Also surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Graff, Kanarra; two sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Williams and Mrs. Leatha Prestwich, and a brother, Dr. A. L. Graff, all of Cedar City. |
