Show Funeral Services fire Held for ParagonahLady Funeral services were held Monday at 2 p. m. In the Para-gonah Para-gonah ward chapel for Mrs. Betsy Bet-sy Jane Topham Boardman, 69, who died Friday in the Iron County hospital of a heart ail-ment. ail-ment. A daughter of Simon T. and Alice Robinson Topham, Mrs. Boardman was born in Para-gonah, Para-gonah, December 12, 1880 and has lived there all of her life. On April 25, 1907, she married William Boardman In Paragon-ah, Paragon-ah, with the marriage being solemnized sol-emnized later in the St. George L D S Temple. Her husband died in August of 1928. Mrs. Boardman has been active ac-tive in church activities all of her life. She served in the Relief Society, Sunday School and Primary Pri-mary Association in the Para-gonah Para-gonah ward. Survivors are five sons and daughters, Ramola Fretwell, Cedar Ce-dar City; William and Homer Boardman, both of Paragonah; Arlean Roundy, Alhambra, California, Cali-fornia, and Ada Adair, Cortez, Colorado. Also surviving are two sisters, Ina Middleton, of Cedar City; Mary Taxton, Fillmore, and a brother, Leonard Topham, Par-agonah, Par-agonah, and 12 grandchildren. |
