Show SUMMIT The Dalley family held a reunion . here Friday and Saturday, with many members of the family gathered gather-ed from all parts of the country for, the occasion. Friday a-public gathering gath-ering was held at the Ward Chapel in the form of a get acquainted gathering, and at which many early family experiences were related, and community singing was enjoyed. Refreshments were served at the close of Uie meeting. Friday evening even-ing they held a dance at the Enoch recreation hall, with music furnished by the Enoch "orchestra. Saturday was spent the old ranch on the mountain wfcere the family spent much of the time in early days of Iron county's history. Oscar Hulet and son Kent returned re-turned home last .Friday after attending at-tending school at Provo. Mrs. Leona Cowdell and children of California are here visiting with Mrs. CowdeU's mother Mrs. Nettle Dalley. Mrs. Ardena Dalley, Howard, Itha, LaRue, Carolyn and Milton Dalley, all of Provo, are visiting with relatives and friends here. Miss Sharon Wlttwer of Washington Washing-ton and Jeanett Williamson of Par-agonah Par-agonah are visiting with their gradparents Mr. and Mrs. S W. Peterson. Mr. and Mrs. Rex ILUet are visit Ing at the home of Mrs. Susana Hulet. Hu-let. Mr. and Mrs. Doss Walker of Cedar Ce-dar City were Sunday visitors at the home of their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Farrow Mrs. Ruth Chamberlain, who has been visiting In Hurrlcae with her son Sherrlll and family, is back home and will leave soon for St Oeorje where she will make her home for the winter. Her daughter Volyce and son Delwyn will spent the winter with her. |
