Show Bull Vally Trust Estate Formed At Enterprise The Bull Valley Trust Estate was formed at Enterprise, Utah, recently to hold properties formerly belonging be-longing to the General Steam Corporation. Cor-poration. Under a liquidating receivership, re-ceivership, the majority stockholders stockhold-ers and a'.l stockholders of Washington Wash-ington County were awarded the properties in Iron and Washington Counties formerly belonging to the General Steam Corporation. Certain Cer-tain minority stockholders formed the Marvel Heater Company and stockholders of the General Steam had the priviledge of electing whether to go with the majority group or the minority group into the Marvel Heater Company. The minority group requested that they be given ample time in which to obtain as many of the minority stockholders as possible. It has been contemplated fori sometime to organize either a cor-' poratlon or some other entity to( take care of the stockholders who; decided to go with the majority group. All those who have decided to go with the majority group should communicate with Ivor Clove, Enterprise, En-terprise, Utah and apply for a certificate cer-tificate In the Bull Valley .Trait Estate. They may trade share for share, but will be required to surrender sur-render their old General Steam certificates or escrow agreement and receive therefor new certificates In the Trust Estate. This trust estate Is to form a sort of interim receipt pending actual formation of the Utah-Arizona Steel Corporation, which Is planned to form a successor to this estate and to form an operating oper-ating steel company. Former iron ore properties owned by the General Steam Corporation are quit-claimed to this trust esta'e by their present owners and trustees. trus-tees. The Bull Valley Trust Estate holds iron ore claims In the Iron Springs district as well as in Bull Valley, and have obtained rights to the use of the invention described in United States Patent No. 1, 829,124 for making-steel. Tliis process uses ordinary ordin-ary soft coal or charcoal and iron ore. No coke Is needed. |
