The bid checks of all unsuccessful applicants will be returned. Materials Materi-als permit applications will be evaluated on the following criteria: 1) The amount of the bonus bid; 2) The amount and rate of the proposed pro-posed materials extraction and associated asso-ciated minimum royalty; and, 3) Other requirementsprovided for by the rules of the Trust Lands Administration Ad-ministration or contained in this notice. The successful applicant will be required to pay advertising costs and the costs of a Cultural Resource Study if necessary. The successful applicant will be required to rehabilitate any areas disturbed during the lease period and areas with existing disturbance.
