Show 1 Tropic lz;:i Hobart Feltner of Cannonville and Glenda Feltner, also of Cannonville, Can-nonville, were two of 42 family members to attend their granddaughter granddaugh-ter Tari Feltner' s high school graduation. The LaMar and Cheri Feltner household was brimming to the top with family members which included Tami and Lynn Scott and children from' Rexburg, Ida.; Tim and Kris Feltner and family from Ogden; Trent and Leslie Feltner of St. George; Tracy and Shawna Fel-ner Fel-ner of Cedar City; Todd and Jennifer Feltner of Washington; Thad and Rome Feltner of Hurricane; Tanya and Jarrett Taylor from Tooele; and Tyler and Kristin Feltner of Apache Junction, Ariz. Ben and Luana Riddle Rid-dle also enjoyed the mini reunion. Ferrell and Gwen Brinkerhoff enjoyed having a houseful, too, as all their children came home. Many extended family members and friends came to give their son Kyler a good send off to the LDS Mis- (See TROPIC on page 4-A) TROPIC From Page 2-A sionary Training Center in Provo. Also, there were many in attendance to the missionary dinner in Kyler's behalf. Ralph and Edie Meacham from Pennsylvania were here on vacation and stopped to visit with Malen and Marian Mecham and did some touring tour-ing of our beautiful valley and (See TROPIC on page 7-A) TROPIC From Page 4-A mountains. Reed and Mary LeFevre attended the baptism of their grandson Tyler Harper in Duchesne. Tyler is the son of Clayton and Sheila Harper. Clive and Thelma Bybee celebrated cele-brated Thelma's birthday with some of their family members coming to visit. Those who came were Mary Ann Bybee and Jessica Castor of St. George; Kaelynn and Paul Har-ward Har-ward and family from Riverton; and Karen Bybee and children from Cedar Ce-dar City. Jack and Gaia Greenhalgh, Ora Brinkerhoff, and Jim and Louise England traversed to Bountiful to Ken and Ruth LeFevre's Golden Wedding celebration. Adrian and Glenna Pollock enjoyed en-joyed an entire day fishing with Marvin and Hazel Hatch of Fre-donia, Fre-donia, Ariz., at Otter Creek Reservoir. Reser-voir. The report was good as they each caught their limit. Carl and Kay Shakespear appreciated appre-ciated the visit from Kay's brother Clyde and son, Chris 'Wood, from Elsinore, to help with the cattle drive during the week. Also, Carl and Kay's family met son, Paul at the Cedar City airport to welcome him home from his mission in Florida. Vance Shakespear of Cedar City, and Warren and Cody Piatt of New Castle helped round up cattle for Obie and June Shakespear. Mavis and Jared Strebble of Murray were also weekend visitors. Several of the Shakespear clan went fishing at Pine Lake and June caught the biggest fish! It was good to see Ann Griffin again. She and her daughters came from Vernal and Moab to attend her son Kay Griffins funeral. We give our condolences to the family at this time. Orlan and Ferriland Ruesch enjoyed en-joyed their vacation to Yellowstone National Park. There were several teachers and spouses from the Bryce Valley area who took advantage of the full credited cred-ited course that Bryce Canyon National Na-tional Park offered which toured them to Mesa Verde and back. Gail Pollock and Debbie Cantu were the responsible adults as I saw them in Wal-Mart the day before getting goodies and clean up material! |
