Show f (IREfl OBITUARIES Jerry C. Hamm TEASDALE Jerry Clayton Hamm, 54, Teasdale, died July 7, 1988, in a Provo hospital of cancer. can-cer. He was born Dec. 3. 1933, Chillicothe, Texas, to D. Fredrick, and Maudine Simmons Hamm. He married Kathleen Hall, July 1, 1967, Teasdale; later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. She died May 4, 1981. He married Vicki Ann Spencer Feb. 13, 1982, Teas-dale. Teas-dale. He served as elders quorum president and ward clerk in the Teasdale LDS Ward. He was sus-tained sus-tained as second counselor in the Teasdale LDS Ward bishopric May 21. 1988. He served as chairman of the Teasdale Beautification Committee for many years; was a volunteer ambulance driver for Wayne County; Coun-ty; past member of the Wayne County Sheriffs Jeep Posse where ' he served as commander and secretary, secre-tary, fire chief of the Teasdale-Tor-rey Fire Dept. for three years and at the time of his death he was fire chief for the newly organized Teas-dale Teas-dale Fire Dept. He was employed as a forestry technician for the U. S. Forest Service in Teasdale. Survivors: wife; daughter, Melissa; step-children, Kimberly Davis, all Teasdale; Ricky Davis, Monroe; Shannon Davis, Cedar City; mother, Chillicothe, Texas; brother, sisters, Aubra Lee (Bud), Chillicothe, Tex.; Mrs. Paul (WinniFred) Nuckols, Cleburn, Texas.; Mrs. J. E. (Otie Francis) Bouldin, Vernon, Tex.; Shirley Morris, Colorado Springs, Colo. Hamm Shannon Jay Davis offered the family prayer; Rebecca M. Pace played prelude and postlude music and Everett Williams offered the invocation. Michelle P. Bearnson gave a tribute and speakers were Jerald B. Shaw and Robert Fillmore with remarks by Bishop Stephenson. Music included selection by Veola W. Clark and Janee C. Blackburn; vocal solo by Dennis Moser and vocal solo by Janie M. Robinson. Ricky Dean Davis gave the benediction. Interment was in the Teasdale Cemetery by SpringerTurner Funeral Fu-neral Home, Richfield, where Gregory Gre-gory Hall gave the dedicatory prayer. Pallbearers were Ricky D. Davis, Shannon J. Davis, George Coombs, Doug Pace, Gary Dean Spencer and Robert Spencer. William Calvin Price JUNCTION William Calvin Price, 89, Junction, died July 9, 1988, at his home in Junction. He was born May 1, 1899, Junction, to Walter Eugene and Sara Melissa Davis Price. He married mar-ried Elsie Lang, April 30, 1921, . Junction. She died April 30, 1982. He was a carpenter and farmer. He was a member of the Junction Town Board for 30 years and served two terms as mayor. Survivors: son, daughters, Calvin Lang, Carmichael, Calif.; Mrs. Charles (Maydene) Madsen, Junction; Mrs. Lew (Palma) Black, Henderson, Nev.; Mrs. Vance (Connie Lee) Marshall, Min-ersville; Min-ersville; foster daughter and sister-in-law, Mrs. Elwood (Angie) Wight, Glendale, Ore.; 18 grandchildren; grand-children; 58 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services were Wednesday Wednes-day the Circleville First LDS Ward chapel. Interment was in the Junction Junc-tion Cemetery by Neal S. Magleby and Sons Mortuary, Richfield.
