He and his wife went to Cedar City Tuesday, where they visited Mr. and Mrs. William Riggs and Mr. and Mrs. Don Ross of Enoch. Mr. and Mrs. LaMar Barney went to Springville last week to visit Mr. and Mrs. Sherman Cameron. Visiting Garth Heap over the weekend were Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Heap, Cedar City and Mr. and Mrs. Don Heap, Salt Lake City. Carla Sawyer is in St. George with her mother Lucille Humphries, who is a patient in the Dixie Medical Center. Jody Goff and children of Tremonton, were here, they. plan to move here in the near future. The Daughters of Utah Pioneers meeting was held at the home of Ardis Evans, Friday, with six members present. Dixie Munson, Kcarns, visited Mr. and Mrs. Robert Evans, last week. They all visited with friends and relatives in Tropic and Can-nonville. Can-nonville. Saturday, Ardis and Dixie went to St. George. On Monday Robert went to St. George to bring Ardis home. . Kurt Sawyer , Cedar City visited May Sawyer Sunday. Jim McCormick went to St. George on business. He also visited vis-ited Mr. and Mrs. Tom McCormick. Shirley Wilhelm, met her brother Bert Barnhurst at the LDS Temple in St. George where Bert's family was also in attendance. Merlin Barnhurst, Kanab visited Shirley Wilhelm Sunday. Other visitors were Dallis Barnhurst, Kanab and Bert Barnhurst, Cedar City. The Hatch LDS Ward Relief Society So-ciety its annual birthday party Friday Fri-day with a dinner and program. A very nice crowd attended. Craig Barney attended a school workshop in St. George for two days last week. Mr. and Mrs. Layton Barney went to Provo to visit Mr. and Mrs. Spcnce Hawkins and family on Sunday and Monday. Speakers in LDS Sacrament meeting Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Karl Lowder. Visiting them last week were their daughters, Mary Beth Bailey and Velta Sawyer, Cedar city; Loretta Crofts, Ordervillc; and Karleta Riggs, Panguitch. |
