Show Tropic Men Plead Guilty To Theft Two Tropic residents, originally charged with second degree felony theft after their Aug. 29 arrest, entered en-tered guilty pleas to reduced charges in Sixth District Court held in Junction Oct. 3. James Torgerson, 28, and Jerry Pollock each pleaded guilty to a third degree felony charge. The two were arrested and charged with the theft of a fifth-wheel flatbed trailer from the Kingston area on Aug. 29. The case was prosecuted by Piute County Attorney Kay 1. Mclff who was represented in Junction Junc-tion by attorney Richard Chamberlain. Chamber-lain. Richfield attorney Sylvia Colton, acting as public defender, represented Torgerson and Pollock. The two will report for sentencing sentenc-ing in Junction on Nov. 7. |
