Show COMPLETE TEXT OF PROPOSITION NO. 1 BAIL AMENDMENT j A JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE LEGISLATURE PROPOSING TO AMEND THE UTAH CONSTITUTION; BEATING TO BAIL, SUBSTITUTING THIS RESOLUTION FOR A RESOLUTION PASSED AT THE 1988 GENERAL SESSION OF THE 47TH LEGISLATURE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. THIS RESOLUTION REPEALS AND WITHDRAWS ENROLLED COPY SJ.R.
