Show Henrieville Thursday evening the LDS Relief Re-lief Society had its fall social for husbands and wives. The entertainment entertain-ment for the evening was presented by "Kitchen Culies" band of Circlcville. Mr. and Mrs. Gary Johnson were in St. George where Gary had surgery on his hand. Mr. and Mrs. Irving Rose were in Salt Lake City where Irving had more skin cancer removed from his hand. They visited with daughter and son-in-law, the Dale Borens who moved to Salt Lake City where Dale is attending the University Univer-sity of Utah. Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Goulding and Mr. and Mrs. Kennie Goulding and Shcral Sawyer traveled to Salt Lake City for Ken's doctor's appointment ap-pointment and visiting. The big event for the Gouldings was to attend at-tend church with President and Sister Sis-ter Ezra T. Benson. Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Piatt took their family and visited Mr. and Mrs. Milton Rose at Pleasant Grove and they attended Kenneth's Finnish Mission reunion in Salt Lake City. Visitors at the home of the Frankie Moores were Gaylc's parents par-ents Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Ferron, her brother Rick Ferron, and sisters Amy Ferron and Lisa Ferron, all of Farmington. The Jeff Johnsons are staying with Kim's mother Iris Bushnell while they get their home cleaned and repaired after last week's fire. They had a visit from Jeffs sister and brother-in-law the Dclbcrt Bid-docs Bid-docs of Spanish Ford. They attended the St. George Marathon where Valeric ran the 26 miles in around 3 12 hours. The cattlemen are bringing cattle off the range and Irving Rose got trampled with a wild cow; no broken bro-ken bones but has to rest for a few days. The Dallcn Sawyers family spent the weekend at the Kennie Goulding home. Mr. and Mrs. David Payne of Cedar City visited her parents the David Roses. Dave Rose is gradually gradu-ally gaining strength. Relatives here received word that Mclvin Quilter has been released from the hospital and can take his therapy at home. Mr. and Mrs. Ace Barker have moved back .to Yumma, Ariz., for . the winter months. Kevin Patterson has returned to his job in Phoenix, Ariz., where he trains race horses. Wife Tammy will move down when work closes at Bryce Canyon. Visiting at the Guy Thompson home were Debbie Rose of Santa Clara and her brother Jeff Rose of St. George. |
