Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property situated in Garfield County, Utah, will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on thefront steps of the Garfield County Courthouse, Panguitch, Utah, on July 5, .1985, at the hour of 2:00 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of foreclosing a Trustee Deed executed by VIRGINIA W. JENKINS, TRUSTEE of the REX WHITTAKER FAMILY TRUST, as Trustor, in favor of ZIONS FIRST NATOINAL BANK, N.A., as Beneficiary, recorded February 1, 1985, as Entry No. 194236, In Book 286 at Page 494 of the official records of Garfield County, Utah, covering property described as follows: Any and all interest Trustor may have in the following described property: The Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 35 South Range 2 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. The West one-half of Section 36, Township 34 South, Range 3 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Excepting therefrom both parcels above, all coal, oil,, gas, mines, metals, gravel and all other minerals of .whatsoever nature or kind, in, on or under said lands together with the right of ingress and egress for the purpose of exploring or removing the same.
