Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. 95-450 (al3494) Bureau of Land Management, 850 North Main Street, Richfield, Ut. proposes to change the place of use of 0.027 cfs. of water as evidenced by 95-450 (a7469). The water has been diverted from an 8 in. well, 450 ft. deep at a point S. 2500 ft. W. 860 ft. from S4 Cor. Sec. 34, T30S, R12E; and used for wildlife purposes, and stockwatering 3188 livestock units within all of Sec. 34, T30S, R12E. Hereafter, 0.027 cfs. of water is to be diverged same as heretofore; and used same as heretofore within SW4NE4 Sec. 21, NW4 SW4 Sec. 23, all of Sec. 34, all T30S, R12E, and NE4NE4 Sec. 3, NV4 Sec. 12, T31S, R12E. 61-area (E2348) Stanley Dickinson, Enoch, Ut. seeks the right to exchange1 9 .6 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Sevier River Decree Award to West Panguitch Irrigation Co. The water has been diverted from Panguitch Creek at a point E. 1900 ft. from W4 Cor. Sec. 34, T35S, R7W; and used for the irrigation of 4301.80 acs. Hereafter, 9.6 ac. ft. of water is to be released into Panguitch Lake Reservoir at a point same as heretofore; and 9.6 ac.ft. of water is to be diverted from an 8 in. well, 250 ft., deep at a point S. 1010 ft. W. 1760 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 34", T35S, R7W; and used from 0401 to 1101 for domestic purposes of 35 families within NW4NE4 Sec. 34, T35S, R7W. 61-1152 (al3447) Val C. Church, P.O. Box 649, Panguitch, Ut. proposes to change the point of diversion, place of use, and nature of use of 0.073 cfs. of water as evidenced by John C. Miller Right, Cox Decree. The water has been diverted from Blue Spring at point S. 700 ft. E. 600 ft, from E4 Cor. Sec,$7. T36S, R7W; and used from 05 01 to 10 01 for the irrigation of 2.89 acs. within SW4 Sec. 7, SE4 Sec. 8, both T36S, R7W. Hereafter, 0.073 cfs, or 8.67 ac. ft. is to be diverted from 36 in. wells, 100-300 ft. deep at points (1) N. 1760 ft. W. 660 ft. (2) N. 1300 ft. W. 2180 ft. (3) N. 2400 ft. W. 2510 ft., all from SE Cor. Sec. 18, T36S, R7W (1V4 MI SW of Panguitch Lake); and, used for domestic purposes for 34 persons within S2SE4 Sec. 18, T36S, R7W. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 1636 W.
