Show EMTs Respond To Two Calls in Week Garfield County Emergency Medical Technicians responded to seven calls for assistance during the past week according to Operations Officer Bob McCullough. On April 30 at 6:50 p.m., Alfred Johnson, Kingston, was transported from Garfield Memorial Hospital to Utah Valley Regional Medical Center In Provo. EMTs on duty were Sheldon Jackson and Bob McCullough. On May 1 at 7:45 a.m., CM. Smith was transported from his home in Panguitch to Garfield Memorial Hospital by EMTs Verna Owens, Sheldon Jackson, Jack Soper and Jean Julander. On May 1 at noon, Ruth Griffin was transported from her home in Escalante to Garfield Memorial Hospital by EMTs Rose Woolsey, Amber Griffin, and Carin Shallitt. On May 4 at 11:20 a.m., EMTs responded to the scene of a truck accident in Red Canyon. On duty were EMTs Karleen Muir, Neil Foster and Alfred Foster In the Bryce Mountain Unit and Verna Owens and Bob McCullough in the Panguitch unit. On May 4 at 5:30 p.m., Soda Watson, Poteau, Okla. was transported from Rubys Inn to Garfield Memorial Hospital in the mountain unit by EMTs Karleen Muir, Neil Foster and Alfred Foster. On May 4, at 9:25 p.m., Tom Goulding was transported from .Garfield Memorial Hospital to Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo by EMTs Sheldon Jackson ,and Jack Soper. On May 5, at 9:50 a.m., Soda Watson, Poteau, Okla., was tran-.sported from Garfield Memorial Hospital to Panguitch Airport for flight to a hospital in her home city. .EMTs on duty were Kim Proctor jind Bob McCullough. |
