Show INVITATION TO BID The Board of Education of the Garfield School District is receiving sealed bids for the general construction of the addition to the Panguitch High School to be located in Panguitch, Utah until 3:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 23, 1985 at the office of school district. . OWNER: GARFIELD SCHOOL DISTRICT, 145 EAST CENTER,' STREET, PANGUITCH, UTAH 84759. ARCHITECT: SILVER, NAYLOR & ASSOCIATES, INC., 4141 SOUTH HIGHLAND DRIVE, SUITE 100, SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH 84124. Plans and specifications will be available at the architect's office or the offices of the Garfield School District on May 2, 1985. All bidders acknowledge the right of the owner to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid received. The owner reserves the right to accept the lowest responsible bid. A deposit of one hundred ($100.00) is required for each set for drawing and specificaitons. A bid bond or certified check will be required for 5 percent of bid amount. Published in the Garfield County News, May 9 and 16, 1985.
