Show Panguitch Woman Named Cystic Fibrosis Head Mrs. Audery Clements, Panguitch has been named the local chapter president of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Mrs. Clements will direct the foundation's programs in her area to help children with the lung damaging disease of cystic fibrosis. A genetic disease, cystic fibrosis affects young children creating a thick, sticky mucus that clogs the lungs and intestines, causing breathing difficulties, lung damage and amlabsorption of food. Mrs. Clements' assistance as president of the local chapter will help continue our work towards conquering cystic fibrosis in this state and throughout the v orld. |
