Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change and appropriate water In Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-8337 (61-27) Layton P. Ott. 1347 Chandler Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah 84103, proposes to change the point of diversion place of use of 0.S1 sec, ft. of water as evidenced by Appl. 4633, page 47 Cox Decree, a-6344. The water has been diverted from an unnamed spring at a point S. 32 deg. 10 min E. 4455 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 24, T36S, R5W; and used from Apr. 15 to Nov. 15 for the irrigation of 68.8 acs. in WViNEVi, SEV4NWV4 Sec. 24, T36S, R5W. Hereafter, 0.51 sec. ft of water is to be diverted from a 12-inch well, 50-400 ft deep at a point N. 2350 ft. and E. 100 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 3, T36S, R4W (4 ml. west of Bryce Canyon); and used from Apr. 15 to Nov. 15 for the supplemental irrigation of 80 acs. but limited to the sole supply of 68.8 acs. in NV4SWV4 Sec. 3, T36S, R4W. 44732 (61-598) Evelyn J. Pinkston, 2243 North 56th Street, No. 215, Mesa, Arizona 85205. 0. 015 sec. ft of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 50-300 ft. deep at a point N. 1020 ft. and W. 50 ft. from SV4 Cor. Sec. 32, T34S, R5W (1 ml. south of Panguitch); and used for domestic purposes of one family, stockwatering of 3 horses and 3 cattle; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.25 acs. in SEV4SWV4 Sec. 32, T34S, R5W. 44766 (97-1529) United States of American National Park Service, P. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed In duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114 on or before May 31, 1975.
