Show Two Injured In One Car Roll North of Panguitch Sunday A 73-old Kanab woman and her 13-year-old granddaughter were slightly injured Sunday about 4: 10 p.m., when the car in which they were riding went out of control and rolled on its top six miles north of Panguitch on U. S. Highway 89. The Utah Highway Patrol identified the occupants as Mrs. Lezh Jackson, the driver and Marcy McAllister, a passenger. Otho Bulkley, UUP who investigated, said Mrs. Jackson was southbound when she apparently fell asleep. She was awakened when the car began to drift off the hard surface onto the shoulder and in an attempt to correct the vehicle, she turned too sharply and the car rolled onto its top off the barpit. The trooper said both were pinned inside the car for a few minutes until rescuers were able to get them out. They were taken to Panguitch Hospital where they were treated for minor injuries and released. Officers investigate damage to overturned car belonging to Leah Jackson, Kanab, which went out of control and oven turned six miles north of Panguitch on Highway 89.
