Steven Alexander said. The four men were booked into the Salt Lake County Jail to await - Officers seized about 125 doses of heroin that were packaged in balloons and cellophane wrappers, Sgt. Alexander said. They also seized a vehicle and about $18,500 in cash. He said the amount of heroin could mean the people arrested sold the drug wholesale.
