The "Hold on to Dear Life" Board of the Primary Children's Medical Center Foundation introduces a Seat Belt Club especially for them. The Seat Belt Club Kit includes an eight-page booklet with games and safety messages, a membership card and a tag to be hung from the rear view mirror as a safety reminder for the entire family. "This club is designed to reinforce the seat belt message to Utah's elementary school age children," says Debbi Fields, Co- chair of the "Hold on to Dear Life" Board. "It is important for this age group to realate that seat belt use is now their responsibility and they need to use their seat belts every time they ride in a vehicle." Joining the club is easy. All children need to do is send a stamped, self-addressed legal-size envelope to: Hold on to Dear Life Seat Belt Club, Primary Children's Medical Center Foundation, 100 North Medical Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah 841 13. All young women between the ages of 18 and 15, with an ancestor who entered the valley before May 10,1 869 are eligible to enter. The Royalty Pageant will be held at the Utah State Fairpark 155 No. 1000 West St., Salt Lake City, Utah on Saturday, May 22, 1993. The Days of '47 Royalty will receive scholarships and will reign over all events sponsored by the Days of '47. I "UW"'' Brandon Ramirez Airman 1st Class Brandon Ramirez recently graduated from Air Force basic training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. During the six weeks of training, the airman studied Air Force mission, organization and customs, and received special training in human relations. ' In addition, airmen who complete basic training earn credits toward an associate degree through the Community College of the Air Force. Ramirez is the son of Carmen M. Womble of Park City and Miguel E. Ramirez of Cincinnati, Ohio. He is a 1987 graduate of Reading High School, Cincinnati. F.
