Show Friendship month at BHS in Nov. tournament will be held on the 27th and 29th. An all-night Marathon Stomp is scheduled for Nov. 30 through Dec. 1. A "Penny Power" drive is on in full swing and the officers and senate are selling candy bars to the student body. When the $12,000 goal is met, the male student stu-dent body officers will shave their heads and Jane Clayton will dye her hair red. ' - r z ; j i : - ( ;r - "A The month of November has been friendship month at Bountiful High School. This month centers around our theme "Brave the Friendship Circle." As Braves we are always striving to be friends. The students of the month are centered around the art department. They are: Jared Bastian, Ruth Teeples, Jamie Huntington, Danny Black, Matt Kikuchi and Youko Muraoka. A pep rally was held Friday by the cheerleaders of the school to strengthen school spirit for the state game on Saturday. With a great crowd turnout, the Braves played against the Bear River Bears. With a score of 41 to 28, the Braves finished fin-ished the season as State 3A champions cham-pions with a record of 13 wins, 0 losses. An assembly was held Wednesday Wednes-day to award the school with the 3A championship trophy. For the school's Sub for Santa, Bountiful this year is running several ideas to raise the $12,000 goal.
