Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 6th day of February, 1990. at 10:00 A.M. on the Main Entrance to the Davis County Court, Farmington, Utah, in the County Coun-ty of Davis, by BRYAN W. CANNON, as Trustee, and ASSOCIATES ASSO-CIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES, as Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by JESUS TORRES SOLIS AND TEODROA VEGA SOLIS, as Trustors, recorded June 13, 1988 as Entry No. 827874 in Book 1240 at Page 443 of Official Records of Davis County, given to secure indebtedness in-debtedness in favor of ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded October Oc-tober 6, 1989, as Entry No. 871439 in Book 1316, at Page 1025 of said Official Records. The beneficial interest under said Deed of Trust and the obligation secured thereby is now owned by Associates As-sociates Financial Services. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, encum-brances, the following described property at 491 Kingston Avenue, Layton, Davis County, State of Utah: All of Lot 65, WASATCH HEIGHTS, a subdivision of part of Section 21, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Layton, according to the official offi-cial plat thereof, for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including in-cluding fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said note and by law provided.
