Show Kids win cash for clowns The Farmington Festival Board has sponsored its third annual "Draw a Clown" contest and two winners have been selected from more than 260 entries. Winning $15 each are Brittany West, 8, in the 5-8 year old category, and Heidi Shif-, flett, 10, in the 9-12 year old group. Their drawings will be used on flyers, tickets, posters, fitc. during . the next few weeks to help advertise the exciting events that are part of , Farmington Festival Days, July 14-15. 14-15.
