Davis County , commissioners on : June 21', commissioners approved a ' code of conduct presented by Steve Baker, ; personnel . director.' The standards are not new, but are more thoroughly covered, Mr. Baker pointed out. They have also been reviewed by Jerry Wilson, president of the Davis County Employees Association. ;. Employees will be expected to acknowledge by signamre their willingness to comply with the , standards. They are expected to maintain confidentiality of information informa-tion that could lead to their own or their friend's personal gain. Any )outside financial interests that could be affected by any county program . or activity must be reported to his or her department head. Each 'employee who has access to privi-r. privi-r. kged or confidential information must ensure that it be released only to those individuals authorized to receive k. ;: : -M-t "Sexual . harassment" is specifically described as 'unwanted verbal . and physical conduct, unwelcome sexual advances. ad-vances.
