Show l Mary Ethel Sessions Jenkins. Memorial graveside services for Mary . Ethel Goodfellow ; Sessions Jenkins were held Friday, June 23, at the Bountiful City Cemetery. Mrs. Jenkins died June 19, 1989 in Chenney, Wash. 4 ii; She was born in Bountiful, Feb. 12, 1897. Mrs. Jenkins was the daughter of a prominent Mormon pioneer family. Her father was John Smith Goodfellow, an early settler.. Her moth cr was Emma Goodfellow. She married Alfred B. Sessions, son of Perrigrine Sessions, Ses-sions, founder and colonizer of Bountiful in 1925. Mr. Sessions died in 1941. , a She lived in San Diego and San Bernardino, Calif., while married to Ross Jenkins, Western regional manager of Cudahy Meat Packing Co., whom she married in 1952. Following his death in 1969, she 4ived 16 years in Washington with her daughter, Carolyn. Mrs. Jenkins was an active member and served in many leadership leader-ship positions in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She is survived by her son, A. Merle Sessions, San Bernardino, Calif.; daughters, Martha Sessions Streeper, Citrus Heights, Calif.; Carolyn Matthews Olafson, Clear Lake, Wash. Her step-children are Lynn . Riley Jenkins, deceased; Emma Jean Gardenr, San Diego, Calif.; William Riley Jenkins, Fresno, Calif.
