Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 31st day of May, 1989, at 10:00 a.m. at the north main door of the Davis County Courthouse located at 50 East State Street, Farmington, Davis County, Utah, for the purpose of foreclosing fore-closing a Trust Deed executed by Cora Lee Brown, as Trustor, in favor of Utah Housing Finance Agency, as Beneficiary, Be-neficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded re-corded September 29, 1980 as Entry . No. 575570, in Book 841, at Page 646, re-recorded October 15, 1980 as Entry No.577045 in Book 843 at Page 1050, and re-recorded November 14, 1980 as Entry No. 579497 in Book 847 at Page -694, of the official records of the Davis County Recorder, covering real property proper-ty located at 1 100 North 175 East, Unit 19, Bountiful, in Davis County, State of Utah 84010 and more particularly de-' scribed as follows: Unit No. 19, Building 5, LEMON TREE CONDOMINIUMS, CONDOMI-NIUMS, a Utah Condominium Project with Declaration of Condominium Con-dominium and By-Laws filed of record with the Davis County Recorder as Entry Number 538681 in Book Number 780, . Page No.'s 993-1018; and the Record Re-cord Survey Map filed as Entry , Number 538680, Book Number 780, Page Number 992, on July 26, 1979. Notice of Default was recorded January Janu-ary 11, 1989 as Entry No. 847288, in Book 1274, at Page 363, of said official records. . .
