County had gone to the dogs last week. Guide Dogs mat is. Four guide dog puppies and their young , owners showed up at the Davis County commissioner meeting with their ; spokesperson, Marilyn Koroulis. .They were there to ask die commissioners com-missioners to waive the licensing fee for. the puppies on the same basis that the licensing fee is waived waiv-ed for guide dogs for the blind. ' Mrs. Koroulis told the commissioners commis-sioners that the young raising die puppies pay all expenses for food and vet bills for the dogs. DeAnn Hess, director of Animal Control, told the commissioners that they have the option of waiving and setting fees. A motion had been made previously that waived the fees for the working guide dogs and the commissioners could simply ex- tend that option to include guide dog puppies.
