Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer Engi-neer to exchange water in Utah County, State of Utah. Exchange Appl. 220, Roscoe E. Davis, RFD No. 1, Box 103, Springville, Ut., seeks a right to exchange 1 ac.-ft. of water of 2.5 ac.-ft. evidenced by ownership own-ership of shares in the Maple-ton Maple-ton Irrigation District. Water has been diverted at the Hobble Creek powerhouse dam at a point S. 242.72 ft. E. 430.88 ft. from N& Cor. Sec. 6, T8S, R4E, SLB&M, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 for irrigation of 5 acs. in NENE Sec. 11 T8S, R3E, SLB&M. Hereafter 1 ac.-ft. of water is to remain in the source to satisfy lower users and in lieu thereof 1 ac.-ft. of water, at a flow rate of .015 sec.-ft., is to be diverted from a 4-in. well 150 ft. deep at a point N. 2200 ft. E. 1100 ft. from W Cor Sec. 28, T7S, R4E, SLB&M, and used year round for domestic purposes of 1 family and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 for irrigation of .25 ac. Uses are to be in NWi4NW Sec. 28 T7S, R4E SLB&M. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of the application with reasons rea-sons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, Engi-neer, 442 State Capitol,, Salt Lake City, Ut., on or before Feb. 11, 1967.
